The alledged nuclear test by North-Korea last monday really is a big issue here. Relations between Japan and North-Korea are not the best for a long time already and the presence of nuclear arms is not improving the situation. Japan has a unique history when it comes to nuclear bombs. A debate is rising on changing the constitution to allow Japan to possess nuclear weapons in future. Imagine...
